Stephen began his study with oils over 25 years ago, and has also produced works in pastels and acrylics. He finds that oils provide him the greater stylistic opportunities that he chooses to explore. Stephen applies most of his attention to various styles of landscape painting, and a few of his recent pieces focus on tonalism.
